Integrated directly beneath the shelter’s concrete pad, the weigh sensor uses multi-axis load cells and temperature-compensated calibration logic to maintain accuracy under variable farm conditions—heat, mud, vibration, and uneven footing.

At the entry gate, the RFID identification array synchronizes with the weigh sensor in real time. Each animal’s tag is scanned as it crosses the threshold, instantly linking the weight reading to its unique ID. The data is transmitted to the IntelliMaster™ core, which logs hydration cycles, welfare indicators, and behavioral patterns.
